Return Policy.

Applicable Return Policy:

• Items purchased from Libsi Markah Online can be returned within 15 days from invoice date.
• The items should be in the same delivered condition and original packaging.
• Customers should keep the original invoice to return.
• Shipping charges and COD fees are not refundable.
• For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned (Accessories, Underwear, Cosmetics, Toys, Fragrances)

  Customers can visit our nearest branches in Saudi Arabia to return or exchange.

• Request Return Online

  Customers can call our customer care department on 920008375 or via Email: support@libsimarkah.com to request a return process . It will take 3 to 7 for verifying returned items by our team. If you have paid by credit or Debit cards, we will send refund amount to the same Card. If you have paid Cash on Delivery, unfortunately, we cannot initiate you a cash refund or bank transfer. You will receive a refund as purchase coupon, which can be used in your next purchase on libsimarkah online store.
