Return Policy – Libsi Markah Online
You can return your order within 15 days from the invoice date.
Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging, and keep the original invoice for processing the return.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- Only one return request is allowed per order.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Accessories, Underwear, Cosmetics, Toys, Fragrances, Swimwear, Socks, or other allergy-sensitive products.
How to Return Your Order
Option 1: In-Store Return (Saudi Arabia)
Visit any Libsi Markah branch to return or exchange your item.
Orders paid via Tabby or Tamara cannot be returned in-store.
Option 2: Online Return Request
After your order is marked as delivered, you can:

Return Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 3 to 7 business days.
Refunds by Payment Method
Credit / Debit Card Payments
Refund will be sent back to your original card.
Tabby / Tamara Orders
Refund will be processed and sent to your Tabby or Tamara account.
Cash on Delivery / Wallet Orders
Refund will be added to your Libsi Markah wallet balance.
You can use it on your next purchase in our online store.
